Order Processing Policy

Orders placed after 12 PM EST / 9 AM PST are considered next business day orders.

• Express orders will be processed within the next business day

• Standard orders will be processed within the next 48 business hours

All orders ship from California, so delivery times will vary based on destination. During the holiday season, shipping and handling may take longer. We do not ship to territories, only the 50 US states.

Standard Ground Shipping:

Orders typically arrive within 4-10 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order has been shipped. Shipping is FREE on orders over $125 and $9.95 on orders under $125.

Standard ground shipping is available to all 50 states.

Expedited Shipping:

Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order has been shipped. Expedited shipping is $25 and not available for PO boxes.

Expedited Shipping is available for the 48 contiguous states, but not Alaska nor Hawaii.
