To receive a refund for an eligible return, the product must be returned within 45 days of order delivery.
If the eligible product is returned after 45 days of delivery (and before day 90), you will be given store credit.

Exchanges
Got the wrong color or size? Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different color and/or size at no cost to you.
Exchange Policy
To be eligible for an exchange:
The exchange must be started within 90 days of order delivery.
All exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition, not showing any signs of damage and with tags still on the product.

Follow the instructions in the portal.
Within the portal, you will choose the item you want to receive, and a free shipping label for the unwanted product.
Please print the label and ship the product back to us.
Once the shipping is confirmed, we will send your replacement item.
Returns
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be returned to us within 90 days of order delivery.
The product must not be marked as “non-refundable” or “no returns”.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, not showing any signs of damage, and with tags still on the product.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds & Store Credit
For eligible returns (see above), you may elect to receive a refund or store credit (as applicable, please read below).
Refund Policy
Refund is ONLY available for orders returned within 45 days of delivery.
All returns will incur a $9 restocking fee deducted from the refund. There is no restocking fee for store credit.
A refund for the returned product(s) - less the $9 restocking fee - will be credited to the card you used to make your purchase within 3 -10 business days.
Store Credit Policy
You can elect to receive store credit and not be charged the restocking fee. If the product is returned after 45 days of delivery, store credit is the only refund option available.
No $9 restocking fee – full amount of the product will be issued
Store credit will be issued as a gift card that will be sent to the email address you used to make your purchase.
How to return an item:

Follow the instructions in the portal.
Within the portal, you will follow the prompts for a return, and whether you want a refund or store credit.
You will then get emailed a shipping label.
Please print the label and ship the product back to us.
Once the shipping is confirmed, we will refund you (less the $9 restocking fee) OR email you the store credit.
