The zipper is cheap.
We used to love these jackets- we've actually bought 4 of them. But the last two have had zippers. My son's zipper lost 2 teeth on the second wear, and then it completely fell apart after 2 weeks. When I reached out to support, they said it was outside of the 30-day window, and they don't offer warranties, so we were out of luck. I don't think we'll buy another one until they fix the zipper issue.

Best mid season jacket
This is the second soft shell jacket we got from Reima. Once she outgrew it, I got her another one in . The first one my daughter used it heavily, was her favorite mid season jacket. The quality and print didn’t disappoint, still looks like new, and her younger sister will use it too. I just wish there were prints option too, it’s not so noticeable if they get stained versus one solid color. Reima never disappoints. It became our favorite store for outdoor clothing.

Quality jacket
The quality is nice. It's a heavier rain jacket being a shell with thin lining. It's true to size. My son wears 6/7 in HA and a 7 fits him perfectly- I wish I sized up to 8.

Size difference only in length
I have this jacket in 5yr and bought the 7yr size, the jacket was only longer, not any wider. I exchanged 7yr for 7yr and again it was just longer still. Fits for now, but FYI if your kiddo is getting bigger, not just taller that sizing might be tough. We love the jacket otherwise!

Best spring jacket!
My daughter loves this jacket! The material is soft on the inside and flexible, not like a swishy fabric. I love that the material is waterproof and breathable so she stays comfortable in unpredictable Ohio weather. My toddler is 2 years 8 months so I ordered a 3T. It has a bit of a roomy fit but definitely will fit her in the fall and maybe next spring too, so I like the extra space.

Perfect and bright
I love this jacket for many reasons. 1. ) keep having solid bright colors for safety! This is #1 for me as a parent. Don’t make blue swim suits and light blue snow suits. Bright colors are safest! 2) stretch, waterproofing and a durable, bush-friendly fabric 👌 it’s excellent. It’s a step up and warmer from the very thin shells rain jackets.

Nice and high-quality jacket

Thick, water-resistant, and cute! With school starting soon (and living in Michigan), I wanted to grab my daughter something versatile for all seasons and surprise weather patterns. This jacket is great for fall, warm sunny winter days, and perfect for spring! My daughter is a 4T and pretty small for her age (3rd percentile), but I ordered a size up (5T) so she can grow into it, and it's still a great fit! It covers the whole length of her arms, a little past her waist, the hood fits, and it still has room to grow. I think it'll last us until she's a 6T. The quality is also top-notch. On her first day wearing this jacket to the bus stop, she dropped some hand lotion on it. With a quick wipe, it was gone and left no stain. Reima is the only place I shop for my daughter's cold/cool weather gear, and with this type of quality, these pieces will stay in the family.
