Winter mittens - the BEST!

We really enjoy our Reima products and this was no different. They fit for my child’s age and size and were easy to adjust the strap around the wrists to keep the gloves on securely in the winter months.

Waiting for winter

I bought gloves and mittens and long underwear for the grandkids. Have to wait for winter to see how these work out. We like the way the mittens have long back ends to prevent snow going up the sleeves. The mittens ran a little small in the thumb area so I exchanged for a size up.

Kids never complain about having cold or wet hands. Parents wish they were more durable.

Only lasted a couple months

I purchased these for my kindergarten son in December. He wore them for normal, daily snow play. I noticed not too long into having them that the palms were very worn and peeling and thus no longer waterproof. We live in an area where it snows a ton and we need high quality and durable snow gear. I’m disappointed that these didn’t last. We do own another, older pair and have not run into this issue with them. I emailed customer service and they said the best they could do was offer a 20% of coupon. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to buy these again, as I need them to last for more than part of a winter.

Great mitts, small fit.

Great mittens. And softer/warmer than our previous style, but the fit is too tight for the same size. The 6-8 size is too small for our average sized 7 yo.

Love the easy on off the cuffs are the perfect size which is hard to find in longer mittens I love that they are waterproof

Not our favorite

Difficult for my kid to pull the cuffs up on her own, and without a drawcord they don't stay up as well as they should. I also had to purchase wrist straps separately. They do seem warm and waterproof, but lack the functionality of similar mittens from other brands.

Essential winter inventory, providing warmth, wind and waterproof. They cover are little humans all winter long for all there sports. The elastic cuff are long enough to keep the snow out on the ski and toboggan hills. They luv them!

These are the best gloves we've used for our kids so far! So easy to get on, warm, and waterproof.

These are Reima's best mittens! Warm enough, really pleasant feeling lining, and they stay well on the hand. Plus for water resistance! Quite expensive, but worth every penny.

And they were absolutely right. My son went from spending 15 minutes outside in 20 degree weather to spending over an hour outside. He didn't come in because his hands were Cold, it was because he was bored. His hands were toasty warm when I checked. Mine were icicles. Time to upgrade my gear so I can keep up. Worth every penny
