This was boring....

I ordered size 25 but received size 24 instead. Since it was intended as a gift, I didn't have enough time to return it. The issue is that in order to initiate a return, you need to contact customer service first. However, customer service has limited opening hours. As a result, I now have a pair of boots that I cannot return and couldn't give to the intended recipient. This experience has left me hesitant to use the Reima online store again.

It took my daughter a minute to get used to these boots, but then she loved them! She calls them her “boo”.

Cute and apparently comfortable. The only downside is that the front edge of the sole started to fray after the first few uses. Additionally, the size didn't quite match the measurements stated on the website.
