Great outdoor pants!
My kids love the comfort and flexibility of these pants. They are clearly designed with outdoor knowledge rather than to look good on a webpage, for example a lot of American pants try to be waterproof, just for water to come up thru the bottom or top then not dry easily. These pants just absorb very little water in the first place and dry exceptionally fast, so you are comfortable in actual real world outdoor situations. My one caution would be that these are very thin. That is exactly what you want for some situations, but if you are bush wacking or scrambling where there is a lot of knee on the rock sort of motion, the thinness is not an advantage. More a note on application than a deficiency. The thinness is great for basic protection on a trail when it is hot or when there is water exposure.

New go to for outdoor advetures!
These pants are incredible! I ordered an 11 and a 12 for my two boys who usually wear those sizes, and they fit true to size with room to spare to last for the rest of year! The tie waist is perfect! We layer under them for the winter/ early spring right now and they will work great into spring/ summer! The reinforced knees and booty are key!! The spots that usually wear through first, but not on these! So impressed going to get the next size up for next year! Highly recommend!

Misleading
I’m sure these are great outdoor pants, but I bought them because the online description said waterproof, but when I received them the tag says water resistant. They are also very thin. Just not what I was expecting.

Thin fabric and prone to stains
The pants are nice and comfortable, but the fabric is very thin and prone to stains. After one use, a stain could not be removed even with 40 degrees and outdoor detergent.

Thinner than I thought and a wide model, too wide for an average-sized girl, apparently mainly designed for boys. The tightening is only done with a string; it would be better if there were elastic tightening so it could be adjusted more comfortably to the right size. Now they slide even when the string is tightened. I think I will sew some in and see if it fits better.

Great fabric but thinner than I thought and very wide waist
I am aware that Reima clothing is designed to be larger in size, allowing room for growth. However, I found that the waist of these pants was too big and the fabric was thin. We enjoy wearing them with our Reima wool base layers, but I was hoping for thicker pants that could be worn on their own for a cold and wet day at the park. These pants are on the thinner side.
