Refund Policy

Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?

Unless marked specifically as non-refundable which are items purchased in the Sample Sale pages, we gladly accept returns on all other items, provided that you purchased & received it less than 30 days ago and the item is unused and in its original condition with the tags still on the product. We do not offer exchanges at this time and would need to create a separate order to exchange a product.

How can I return my item for a refund?

Reach out to [email protected] for a return label. Then send us back the item(s) by dropping it off at any UPS location or USPS location depending on the return label you choose or methods that are available to you through our system. Once we receive your item, we will refund you through your original payment method.

How much does it cost to return an item?

We charge a flat rate of $8.50 for the return delivery of any item for delivery and restocking fees. For returns past 30 days, customer service will provide you with your options.

How long will it take to get my money back?

Please allow 2-3 business days from the date on which we receive your return to process and return your payment though we are experiencing delays.
