Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive a tracking code to your email once your order has shipped.

Where is my order?

You will receive tracking information in your email from us.reima.com. If you haven't received a tracking code after 3 business days from purchase, please reach out to customer service at customerservice.us@reima.com.

Which carriers do you use?

We use a combination of carriers, but generally your orders will ship from USPS, UPS, FedEx.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Depending on your location and shipping method, you should expect to receive your order in 3-10 business days.

Why was my order split in 2 separate orders?

We ship from a facility in the US as well as Canada. If your order is split, you will receive tracking for both shipments.

What are your shipping rates

For ground shipping, if your order was under $75, you will be charged $8.50 in shipping. For all orders over $75, your ground shipping is free.

Returns

How do I set up a return?

Why can't I return certain items?

All Final Sale & Sample Sale products do not qualify for returns. Certain sales, as denoted in the sale, also do not qualify for returns. If you feel there's a mistake, please contact customer service.

How much time do I have to return a product

You have 45 days from purchase to return a product, assuming the product hasn't been used and the tags are still attached. Once you initiate your return, you will have 30 days to mail back your return.

How much does it cost to return a product?

It costs $9 to return a product. We will waive the $9 shipping fee for exchanges or store credit.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund when the product has been returned to the warehouse. Typically 7-10 business days after you mail your product back to Reima.
