Ensure that all tags remain attached to the product.
Email [email protected] for your return label. You can choose from UPS or USPS, whichever is easier for you. Customer service will respond to you in 1-2 business days.
Prepare the package and place the item(s) for return and packing list inside.
Print out the return label you received from customer service & attach the return label to the package.
Ship your return by dropping it off at any UPS or USPS location or dropbox, depending on the method of shipping you decided on.
We accept returns for 30 days after the date of delivery from the date you reach out to us for items that still have the tags and have not been used. Upon receipt, we will refund you the entire amount, including taxes, within 1-2 business days minus $8.50 for return shipping and handling.
For returns without the tags or the past 30 days for items that have not been used, we will provide 100% store credit or 50% of the cash value.
We do not currently accept exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
